When she first got the news she didn’t believe. News flashed in television/Radio, but she closed her eyes and ears. When they brought the charred body in front of her, she went numb. No, it couldn’t be him. She vowed never to step foot on a plane, until he returned.
For years, she didn’t accept the reality – that he was no more. A pilot, his plane had crashed.
Today she took a nervous step. She shut her eyes, paranoid of the take-off.
“That’s the impact zone!” someone pointed.
Tears trickled down when she saw the memorial built in his name.
