:: Today is R - R.I.P ::
Like millions of other fans around the globe, I've been an ardent fan of Riverdale's hero Archie. News started appearing this year that Archie will soon gonna die, and my heart instantly broke. Yes, he is a comic character who doesn't exist in real life, so how could his death matter? Right?But it does! Because Archie ( and his buddies ) has been my companion for so many years - right from my early teens. He is someone I've grown up with. So the very thought that he won't be there anymore is indeed saddening.
Archie comics are the most fun and liveliest pieces of work, that instantly cheers you up. So, it's main character's demise is not something you look forward to. Nonetheless, it's gonna happen this July. So, R.I.P my dear Riverdale hero! You'll be missed and remembered forever :-(
I haven't read a comic book since junior high, but I did read the Archie ones. Frankly I didn't know they were still producing Archie comics. Now I'm starting to wonder about some of the others I used to read.

yea..Archie comics has been still around, they have digital version too if i'm not wrong :-)
