POOR TATIA

Everyone made fun of her, called her weird names; whistled and booed at her.

Tatia was fed up with her life; it was a horror going through the everyday mockery - her life was hell.

She considered ending her life, it was not easy when even her relatives made fun of her.

'Maybe, if you get rid of those weird doll collections, people will consider you 'normal', her sister was nastiest of them all.

'Oh Mum, how I wish you were here,' Tatia would cry into her pillows every night.

Only her deceased mother was the one who never bullied her.

  1. To be considered "normal": that's what every child craves. Less so when they become adults

Such a heartbreaking story. Standing up to bullies in the family is next to impossible for a child.

  12. I never had to suffer bullying as a child, and if memory serves me correctly, I cannot picture anyone in particular that was bullied in my elementary school days. I do not know if we are more entitled and thus bully more openly now, or if I was just blind.
