PICK ME UP!

She looked at the strange bunch of flowers, perfectly arranged...they seemed to say - 'pick me up.'

Thinking she must be imagining, she ignored and instead tried concentrating on the problem at hand...how to get the money she so desperately needed for the bills and loans, she thought helplessly.

Losing the only job she had, made it worse.

''Pick me up,'' the flowers whispered. She looked that the bunch again, did it really speak to her?

'Yes, pick me up,'' it said again.

And she did - there was bundles and bundles of cash beneath!

  7. Nandini, sometimes it happens just like that. Staying open and receptive can lead to great opportunities and/or solutions. Great story, especially a plant that talks and she understands.
