'This is supposed to be a bullet train, its not supposed to stop at some random station; oh I'll be late, darn,' Britney could barely suppress her disappointment.
''Maybe, something's wrong with its fuse,' Justin tried to calm her, 'it happens with electric stuff.'
'What...that's not supposed to happen with such supa-expensive modern technologies, they charge hefty from us to maintain them.'
''Sh*t happens all the time, be thankful we are alive atleast.'
'So, meanwhile, what are we supposed to do?'
'Count our lucky stars, I guess,' Justin informed, after learning about an accident that occurred ahead in the track.

The hand of providence is upon them
ReplyDeleteNice one!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it's a good thing the train stopped at a station where people can get off.
ReplyDeletei suppose all's well that ends well. :)
ReplyDeleteWith how fast these trains fly, it's a good thing they stop when they suspect something's wrong. :)
ReplyDeleteMost certainly, be thankful you stopped when you did in this case.
ReplyDeleteGreat story. Goes to show that bad times are all relative. Much better to have a breakdown than a train accident.
