They'd never know his secret as he received accolades after accolades, stunning the literary world.
Who was this genius; who, just sprang up and surprised the whole world with his unique literary masterpieces.
People lapped up his writings day after day, month after month; he had a mysterious smile as he accepted those awards.
It all started when he chanced upon an old type-writer in an antique shop.
Little did he know, once in his home, he'd type one great piece after another.
The machine once belonged to a writer who had longed since deceased; but, his ideas still hovered.
A magical machine! How wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could find a typewriter that held the memories of past great writers. Imaginative story that had me hooked. James McEwan
ReplyDeleteI'll buy that machine off him when he's had enough.
ReplyDeleteExcellent purchase, if the aim is to have written rather than to write
ReplyDeleteThis was a great idea- to have the typewriter hold the essence, ideas, and stories - and the new owner was the perfect one to get this old machine
ReplyDeleteawesome, what a lucky find. :)
