Its the Pichaas Yog folks. And we are witnessing it unfold live. Since 29th March, we officially entered the pichaas yog. I've written at length on it already. And around this time, as predicted, we've seen pichaases ( in their legions ) being unleashed on one another. First, the tariff pichaas was unleashed on the world by Trump. While the others didn't hit back and urged negotiations; China unleashed its own tariff pichaas back on US/Trump. While other countries are emerging economies, China is 2nd highest economy in the world, hence, it's 'ego' would not bow down to USA. And Trump being Trump, while pausing the tariff on other countries for 90 days, unleashed more pichaasses on China, with the latter hitting back equally hard. The final score stood at 245% by US in the tit for tat pichaas unleashing match. China has decided to ignore further tariffs raises altogether ( as it'd be quite meaningless ), while Trump too is considering whether to halt, pause, stop or draw back - because, certainly, no one was winning this bitter tit for tat pichaas unleashing match. No one would buy such high priced goods anyways, so, Trump is dangling the Tik-Tok buyout offer as condition to reducing the tariff pichaas.
USA manufactures next to nothing in the country. From underwear, t-shirts to mobiles and cars - to everything in between, it buys from rest of the world, with major chunks of it from China which has over the last three decades propelled the asian country from rags to riches and 2nd most highest economy in the world. Russia may have been a long standing threat militarily, but, China has been of late posing as major economic threat, and Trump doesn't like that. China has over the years stolen lots of technical intellienge and product blue prints from US and made cheaper versions and sold it back to the US. As such, USA has very little own manufacturing companies with almost everything outsourced. Many other countries are dependent on US too for their income from exports. So Trump's tariff moves are infact trying to rectify the stark trade deficit that exist in order to bring back manufacturing in its own country in the long term. Seems mission impossible? Why? A video of the same below - can you imagine this situation?
china trolling usa...
Well, Trump may have good intentions for his country, but the way he is going about is surely creating havoc - pichaasses unleashed, quite literally. China exports three times of what it imports from USA, so, even though its not admitting it, Trump's moves has surely hurt. But Trump's moves would hurt USA too, which is so dependent on products it imports from China. Everything it uses on day to day life is made in china. So naturally, people will feel the pinch. China is now desperately trying to dump its goods in other countries for cheaper prices to offset its obvious losses. It has excess production, more than domestic needs. Its also trying to shift its manufacturing units in other asian countries ( vietnam, cambodia, malaysia, etc ) that has lower tarriffs and sell via them to USA. It has also invited USA customers visa free to buy its goods dirt cheap directly. And using its TIK-Tok it has also unveiled how brand products made in China are sold in USA in thousand times its price. As a blackmail, it has refused to export some rare earth minerals to USA altogether, just to infuriate Trump further.
There's a lot going on and everyday the story changes. Its more a nail biting thriller than a legit reality TV series; so, lets see where this pichaas yog of tariffs and counter tarifs leads to :-)

DeleteSo, if this 'Pichaas Yog' was predicted, what does it suggest about how this trade conflict might resolve?
