Pardon my amateur photoshopping skills, but admit it ~ the corner is definitely looking different now; after I added the home decor & furnishing products from makemyhome.com. Its more brighter and cheerful. This corner is in the east - hence, in the mornings it is filled with sunlight. So, I chose the colour of the Sun itself. I love bright colours - they add so much positivity and happiness to our lives. The curtains are made of 100% cotton, and comes in different sizes ~ length + breadth for both doors and windows. I spend maximum amount of my time in this corner, whenever I visit my native home. I plop myself in the corner of the sofa with my favourite paperbacks. So, these curtains definitely adds magic to my little corner. My mother often asks me if I got glued myself to this corner with fevicol. I just love the sunshine that comes in through the windows here, so its also my favourite place to have the morning 'chai'! This is the most interesting piece ( among others ), that I found with the Sun-set backdrop; so had to pick it up! This clock is made in wood, and is of 12 inch diameter. It will definitely add another charm ( with a hint of fantasy ) not just to my home, but will also look good even in an office or a bar too. These are one home decor accessories which are in true sense ~ the more the merrier. I love these snugly babies. As I sit on my sofa getting comfortable, I put cushions everywhere around me. I put one behind my back, one under my feet, one on my lap, one resting my elbow. Phew! too much you think? Neah..I have place for more, I'm sure ;-) What I love about cushions is that, you can go ballistic over the choice of its covers. They come in so many different designs, fabrics, colours - that a whole day is not enough to buy them methinks. Well, for my corner I chose the ones that has 'sunflower' in them. They are just perfect to celebrate the spirit of adventure in my cozy little corner. Sunny and bright, that's my style. Even after sun-set, this corner will look peppy with the products I've chosen. I loved your choice. The most interesting for me, so far! I never thought yellow would be so vibrant and happy. I used to hate yellow, now I love it :) I think it is the most under-rated in the color spectrum.
