The curse was - whoever remained in the ancient tower after dark remained forever trapped.
'But we have to wait till after dark to know for sure if the rumors are true, we have to sneak in the tower somehow.'
'I'm not adventurous, so I'll wait outside.'
'Fine, I'm going in; oh this is so exciting, finally I'll find out if I'm trapped forever in the tower as they say, or escape alive.'
'Yea, so they didn't listen and stayed after dark, you can hear their cries during daytime,' the tour-guide explained the visitors.
'Another new voice was captured since last evening.'
Some people just don't have the sense they're born with, do they?
