I seemed to have walked for hours on end, but how come I am at the same spot?
They said the journey would be quick and you could blend into the universe; but, I am still here, going around and round.
They said, there'd be millions walking the same path, but, I see none.
I am all alone.
Or, are the others too like me, are walking alone, same place for hours, but one can't see the other?
Is this heaven or hell I am in...or the purgatory - c'mon someone answer me - before my brain rots, my body already has.

Oh dear, I do hope it's not like that when the time comes! You convey the bleak, lonely, despairing feeling very well without ever spelling it out.
