The original video was almost 18 minutes long, so to cut it into 8 minutes first, then, further to around 3 was not just complex but bit emotional too. I simply didn't want to chop any part, so went almost against the rule of 90secs. I had a hilarious time with all these over-curious kids around, who simply couldn't get enough of 1 Colgate Dental Cream packet. And the little baby was just too eager to jump right inside the castle without allowing anyone to make it peacefully first.
They are not my kids ( my neighbour's really ), yet, you can see the innocence and enthusiasm. They all got super involved! I feel these kinds of games introduced by Colgate makes it very interactive as well as a learning experience for children. The brand as such doesn't simply remain a brand, but in fact, gets more closer to the consumers. These kinds of games also strengthens the parent-child bond, as one can see in the video how the parent guided, right from teaching how to hold the scissors to actually plan out the process of cutting and framing the castle erect.
Children, I must say are a handful. They are curious, restless and quite hyper-active. But, all these very characteristics of theirs is what that creates those magical stories - like in the video :-) Hats off to the parents for having so much patience and managing such super-charged tiny creatures. Hope you enjoyed watching the video as much as I enjoyed making it. The Castle may not be perfect, but those magical moments of trying to build it certainly were... |
