He waited for her. This was her daily jogging path. Enchanted by her; he had longed to tell her, his feelings. But words would get stuck right at his throat, never coming out.
But he could admire her anyways, from a distance. Maybe someday gather guts too, to speak to her, he hoped.
But she didn’t come that day, strange. And many days after that too!
He wondered what happened as he waited. Another day passed.
An ever-silent admirer, his heart got crushed today. It was too late now. She was coming, jogging with a new man his way, married.
